Damaged or Defective Products

If your coffee arrives damaged, opened, or appears defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging or product, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect Orders

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following:
